Pastoral Leadership

Mel Reddy, Lead Pastor
Mel grew up in metro Vancouver, Canada, and experienced a call to ministry as a teen during a missions trip to Eastern Europe.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Gateway College, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Greenville College, a Master of Arts in Human Service Counseling from Regent University, and a Master of Theological Studies from Urshan Graduate School of Theology. He is a Beeson Scholar, currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree with a focus on Missions, Leadership, and Preaching at Asbury Seminary. Mel is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church. Prior to planting this church, Mel served in several start-up churches, at a Christian college, and as an assistant pastor. As a bi-vocational pastor, Mel serves the community as a hospice chaplain for Resolutions Hospice.  His passion is helping people achieve their dreams in God.

Lisa Reddy, Associate Pastor
Lisa grew up in Sanford, North Carolina, and received a call to ministry at the age of 16, while on a missions trip assisting a start-up church.  Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Kent Christian College, a Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from Meredith College, a Master of Arts in Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Master of Divinity from Urshan Graduate School of Theology. Lisa is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church. Prior to planting this church, she has served in various ministries, and she lived in South Korea for one year as a Fulbright Scholar, where she also established a missions point in her community. As a bi-vocational pastor, Lisa serves the community as an Academic Language Therapist. Lisa’s vibrant love for Christ is manifest in her love for others.

Mel and Lisa are committed to God, to each other, and to serving others.  Their home is full of joy and laughter thanks to their precious miracle from God, Jude Jameson Reddy.
